DTV in Santa Ana.  Open Santa Ana

February 2009 all televisions will have to go digital.  Working with the local campuses the City of Santa Ana can change it's directive from the CCN money blunder and invest monies for a Digital Television Station.

Working with the local schools as other nearby cities do, Santa Ana can have a news, sports, local events and all the meetings televised the residents request for less then the CCN project and give all the residents access to the Council Meetings, Planning Commission Meetings, EPIC, NICE, etc....

As it stands now, Santa Ana can be compared to China with it's delayed and FIXED television broadcast.  Is that what we want to be?
